  • Gretchen Ho said she was at the dinner to have conversation & decided it would help to know the other side of things.
  • Rodel Jayme is the man behind the where the “Ang Totoong Narcolist” video series has been uploaded

Television host Gretchen Ho nullified all allegations of her involvement in a supposed plot to oust President Rodrigo Duterte with her name having been included in another matrix released by Malacañan Palace.

“Regarding being included in the ‘matrix,’ I don’t even know who Bikoy is, I have never watched the videos nor shared them, and I have no idea who Rodel Jayme is. You can check all of my social media pages. Thanks,” Ho said in a tweet Wednesday.

Just the night before, Ho was present at a dinner the President hosted in Malacañang. Ho also clarified the private dinner was not exclusive to supporters of the President: “We were invited to a ‘private dinner’ in Malacañang. Hindi po sinabi na for ‘supporters’ of the President. I was there to have conversation & decided it would help to know the other side of things.”

Among the celebrities who attended the dinner were Mariel Rodriguez, Robin Padilla, Paul Soriano, Toni Gonzaga, Alex Gonzaga, Liza Diño, and Ice Seguerra.

Meanwhile, Filipino Olympian weightlifter Hidilyn Diaz quickly also dismissed her involvement in the Malacañang’s new “ouster plot matrix” on Wednesday, May 8. This was after her name, including Gretchen Ho, appeared in a presentation shown by Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo to Palace reporters on personalities that supposedly have “online collaboration” with Jayme.

Diaz said she doesn’t know Jayme and laughed off the issue.

“Sino si Rodel Jayme? Hahaha di ko po kilala. Lol nakakatawa naman,” she told ABS-CBN News in a message Wednesday.

She tweeted that she is busy making yet another milestone for her weightlifting career and asked the Filipinos to pray for her to rank up in the next Olympic qualifying games.

For your information, Rodel Jayme is the administrator of the website where the “Ang Totoong Narcolist” video series has been uploaded. Jayme allegedly violated Article 142 of the Revised Penal Code or “inciting to sedition” in relation Section 6 of Republic Act 10175 or the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012; yet he insisted that he has no knowledge of the videos being used for the controvesrial website.
