Liza explained what happened with her operation

“Nilagyan po ng stabilizer. Basically po nagkaroon ako ng bone infection, tapos the doctor had to take out the titanium na nandoon na (nilagay sa Pilipinas).

“Tapos after tanggalin, they have to put stabilizer kasi hindi kaya ng bone lang to hold together.”

Liza also revealed that her stay in America will be a long one since the healing time would take at most six weeks.

“Ang healing time po ay six weeks nandito ang stabilizer, at six weeks din akong mag-antibiotics to make sure na totally wala na akong infection before we do the second operation, which is pang fourth operation ko na po. It’s either we do a joint replacement or ipu-fuse.”

When the actress was asked if there’s a chance of returning to her role as Darna, the actress revealed, “Feeling ko, hindi po, kasi ang tagal na ng lahat ng pangyayari. It would be sad to keep them waiting, eh. Alam ko kailangan nang mag-shoot ng Darna, so hindi po.”

On the other hand, ABS-CBN made sure that the actress was being taken care of.

“ABS is taking care of everything, like pag-stay namin dito, food, lahat ng bills.”

Liza was then asked about her relationship with Enrique Gil and how both of them are doing since she’s in America.

“May lumabas kung kayo pa ba ni Enrique, kasi ang layo-layo mo raw. Pero kayo pa ba?” Ogie asked.

The actress answered, “Oo naman, Video chat po.”

Liza then thanked her fans for their support.

“Hi to all LizQuen and Liza fans. Thank you so much for supporting me and I’ve seen all your get well soon messages. Thank you and I hope to see some of you guys soon and hang in there kasi malapit na kaming mag-taping as soon as I get better.”
