‘Hindi po siya inatake tulad po ng inyong mga narinig’: Phillip Salvador reacts to the statement regarding Eddie Garcia

  • Phillip Salvador has spoken up about the incident involving Eddie Garcia in a video shared by Robin Padilla
  • GMA News has changed its official statement after reviewing the viral video
  • The veteran actor is still in the hospital and is under observation

Aside from what Jestoni Alarcon recounted about what happened on the set of Rosang Agimat, another veteran actor Phillip Salvador shared his reaction upon seeing the video taken on the set of Eddie Garcia’s comeback project on GMA Network showing him tripping over a wire causing him to fall.

Reacting to the initial news that the multi-awarded actor suffered a “severe heart attack,” in a video shared by Robin Padilla, Phillip Salvador said, “Nabalitaan ninyo na inatake daw si EG, Eddie Garcia….

He also contradicted the initial statement shared by GMA Network to the media.

Fellow celebrities sent messages of love through social media to veteran actor Eddie Garcia after the incident while shooting on location in Manila for his new series Rosang Agimat on GMA Network. The series is Garcia’s comeback project to GMA Network after doing FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano on ABS-CBN for three years.
