- Gabbi Garcia’s launching series, Rosang Agimat, was shelved
- Due to the series’ cancellation, the cast of Rosang Agimat was immediately given new projects
- Gabbi is set to team up with Yasmien Kurdi, Valeen Montenegro, and Bea Binene in the newest Kapuso series with a working title, Beautiful Justice
Rosang Agimat could have been the biggest break of Gabbi Garcia who had the titular role. Tragically, co-star Eddie Garcia met with an accident on the set which eventually led to his death.
Because of what happened, management chose to shelve the project.
However, the Kapuso Network immediately gave new projects to the affected cast of the shelved action-drama series.
Gabbi is now one of the cast members of Beautiful Justice, the newest Kapuso series with Yasmien Kurdi, Bea Binene, Valeen Montenegro, Bing Loyzaga, Victor Neri, and Derrick Monasterio who will be paired up with her.
Yasmien has already started her intense training for the upcoming primetime television series of GMA Network which include using guns and combat techniques.
Beautiful Justice is set to be the replacement series of Sahaya when it ends and will go up against FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.
If that’s the case, this is not the first time that Gabbi’s teleserye will be competing against Coco Martin’s Ang Probinsyano.
Her first teleserye that was pitted against the longest-running television program was Sherlock Jr. in 2018 where she starred opposite Ruru Madrid. The series premiered on January 29, 2018 and concluded on April 27, 2018, with a total of 63 episodes. But, just like other Kapuso programs, Sherlock Jr. failed to pull down the FPJ’s Ang Probinyano in the ratings battle.
