More than a week after the issue regarding his alleged breakup with Bea Alonzo and being romantically linked with Julia Barretto, the Kapamilya actor remains mum and has yet to issue a statement.
On July 21, Bea Alonzo started liking social media posts about Gerald Anderson and Julia Barretto’s extracurricular activities. It was also that day when Bea posted a cryptic message on Instagram which read, “‘You can’t make the same mistake twice, the second time you make it, it’s not a mistake anymore, it’s a choice.’ ENOUGH.”
The post then sparked speculations of their breakup which was later addressed by Bea in an interview during the presscon for their upcoming teleserye. Bea said there was no formal breakup and that Gerald just started not talking to her.
“Honestly, to my understanding, we did not break up. He just started not talking to me,” she said.
Meanwhile, amid the noise on social media and other media platforms, Gerald continued to be silent about the issue.
His only reaction was when he liked an Instagram post of one of his fan clubs which is about ignoring haters.
