Kapamilya young actor Nash Aguas has been trending online these past few weeks when he posted a sweet birthday message to Mika dela Cruz. He said, “13 years & I’m still in love with you.”
This led netizens to remember his interview with Tonight with Boy Abunda last April 2017, when he admitted he loved then-girlfriend Alexa Ilacad.
Nash had said then that he would block the way of anyone who would try to court Alexa. “Jusko naman po, siyempre kung ‘yung nalang po pala ang kailangan, papasok po ako. Ang hinihintay ko lang naman po siya eh.”
In her recent interview on Tonight with Boy Abunda, Alexa clarified that she was not mad about Nash’s post, just that she had to ask where was she in those 13 years of being in love with Mika.
Alexa explained: Napaisip ako when I read that 13 years thing kasi inside that 13 years I was there so when you say that ’13 years and I still love you,’ where was I? Maybe that hour I cared but I said to myself, not worth your time, move on.”
Because of this issue, a netizen tagged Nash as a Gerald Anderson in the making for seemigly two-timing his girlfriend.
