Former Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) Otso housemates Lou Yanong and Andre Brouillette believe they are “soulmates.”
On the sidelines of the LionhearTV’s 5th RAWR Awards at the Core Bar in Quezon City last night, November 14, the celebrity couple revealed their thoughts on “instant chemistry” and “soulmate connection.”
The on-and-off screen couple narrated that they felt instantly drawn to each other because it seemed as if they had known each other for a long time.
Many people define a soulmate as a person whom you connect with instantly and deeply and who sees and accepts you for who you are.
“Yes, I would say that,” Lou said when asked if she and Andre are soulmates.
“It seems very fast. We are in a relationship for like seven months. But I feel like we’ve known each other for years,” she added.
Andre, for his part, said, “I think so too. We’ve been so comfortable with each other. We love each other.”
Lou and Andre became controversial after their torrid kissing was caught on cam inside the Big Brother house.
The two became a couple before they left the Big Brother house last May.
The pair was part of the second batch of “Pinoy Big Brother: Otso’s Big Four,” together with Yamyam Gucong and Fumiya Sankai.
Lou and Andre, who have been very open about their relationship, said their dates are mostly about food and movies.
“We love to eat,” Andre said.
“And watch movies… Just like what other normal couples do together,” Lou added.
Lou and Andre, or simply “LouDre” for their fans, were named Favorite Newbie at this year’s RAWR Awards.
The couple said they are very happy with their “first award.”
“We are very happy. This is the first time we got an award. And we both got the award together… So this is a celebration in our relationship,” Andre said after receiving the trophy.
“We are very happy for the warm welcome. I mean I never thought I’ll be in this industry, but having an award as newbie… It’s amazing,” Lou concluded.
