After over three years, KC Concepcion says she misses her home network

Last December 16, KC expressed on Instagram how she misses her home network (ABS-CBN), though she did not indicate specifically whether she misses acting, being interviewed, or working with fellow actors.

KC Concepcion has been away from the limelight for over three years now. Her last TV series was Ikaw Lamang Season 2 in 2014 with Coco Martin, Kim Chiu, and Amy Austria which lasted for seven months. KC was also the host for the Binibining Pilipinas 2016.

Last December 16, KC expressed on Instagram how she misses her home network (ABS-CBN), though she did not indicate specifically whether she misses acting, being interviewed, or working with fellow actors.

KC did a photoshoot with trusted friends and family last August 6, 2019. During this time, she recounted how she was recovering from Dengue right before her grandmother passed away three years ago.

“More than 3 years ago before my hiatus, I was just recovering from Dengue when my grandma who was like a mom to me, passed away. Weight gain, depression, questioning the world… All these debilitated me and really changed me from the inside out.

“I’ve fought for my peace, my heart, and my happiness. I’ve always been the daring, spontaneous kind, yet for so long I’ve stayed in a zone that made me feel safe. And I gave myself permission to do that, and that’s okay!

“There is a time for everything, and there is a time to step out- for me, that feels like now [love emoji] And I’m more than thankful to have the support, love and talent from the fantastic team I chose for my first shoot coming out of my woman cave haha!” KC said.
