Alden Richards is back at work after spending some time in South Korea.
Last Monday, December 30, Alden went back to work after a one-week vacation in Nami Island in Chuncheon, South Korea. He was back to the taping for his primetime teledrama The Gift.
He also hosted GMA Network’s New Year Countdown at the SM Mall of Asia Seaside grounds. Alden has been hosting the Kapuso new year countdown for nine years now.
Meanwhile, Alden will also join GMA Network’s newest Sunday musical-variety show All Out Sunday which will premiere on January 5, 2020. AOS will replace the top-rating Sunday musical comedy show Sunday Pinasaya which ended on December 29, 2019.
Joining Alden in the latest Sunday afternoon program are Julie Anne San Jose, Christian Bautista, Aicelle Santos, Mark Bautista, Paolo Contis, Glaiza De Castro, Boobay and Super Tekla and many others.
Alden’s career seemed to be back on track. His career slowed down after the AlDub phenomenon died down.

Fortunately, his latest film with Kathryn Bernado Hello, Love, Goodbye was a huge success. Being the current highest-grossing Filipino film of all time, Alden was again given much attention, attracting more work and opportunities.
