Kelly and friends choose to stay outside but Kelly complains to Nikolai on that kind of treatment by Isabella. Nikolai though says that was quite an inappropriate laugh. Kelly explains they were laughing actually on a funny moment with Stefano.
Days of the funeral: same guests, more guests, Isabella out of exhaustion falls asleep, Nikolai napping on a bench in the funeral place. Until the last day, the day of the burial. Isabella is still being waited by everybody, the mass had ended and the send-off to the grave cannot start yet because the mother has still to arrive.
Nikolai has to forcibly opens the door when Isabella went inside the bathroom to dress up. And he sees his mother helplessly sitting on the floor saying that she really wanted to take a very long time to choose what to wear, to get dress because all she wish for is to delay the burial of her son. Isabella now caves in, throw things away, breaks décor she can lay her hand on, crying and wailing. And Nikolai hugs his mother but tears are also streaming down from his own eyes.
At the burial, more heart-breaking scenes and testimonies of how loved and loving person Stefano is. Adelle says she is not regretting that she becomes this sad in choosing a life with Stefano. Because what is important is that she had him. Kelly bluntly offers her testimony before Adelle, saying she too should say something about Stefano because she is not just a friend but the mother of her son. Keil, too, speaks in the eulogy.
