Daryl Ong and Bugoy Drilon, two members of the all-male vocal trio ‘BuDaKhel, set the online world abuzz after the former confessed how he and his fellow artist Drilon ended up being banned from ABS-CBN projects.
On June 15, Ong used his video blog to narrate the incident which led them to be banned from the Kapamilya network. According to him, he and his fellow band members had a discussion about the ongoing ABS-CBN franchise issue, particularly about its failed online petition which only got 60,000 signatures out of the 1 million goal.
Ong stated that the huge gap will make it impossible for the network to reach its target.
This conversation was unknowingly recorded by someone and was handed over to one of the ABS-CBN executives who later called for the ban.
Following this unfortunate news, BuDaKhel fans were surprised after GMA Network announced on Twitter that Ong and Michael Pangilinan would be joiningWowowin’s program,’Tutok To Win’.
Aside from this, the three singers also performed on the noontime show Eat Bulaga for their segment Bawal Judgemental.
These appearances raised speculations that the R&B group will soon have more appearances on the Kapuso network.
