Karla Estrada and Min Bernardo posted on Twitter encouraging the public to purchase original products from KathNiel-owned business, Barbero Blues.

In a retweeted Twitter post, Karla warned those who commit unauthorized distribution of her son’s business.

“Napakaraming Pwedeng pag kakitaan na Hindi nyo kailangan manlamang. Hindi kayo tatagal nyan kahit anong gawin nyo. #buyorigbarberobluesproduct,” says Karla via Twitter.

This post was a response to Min Bernardo’s twitter post about Barbero Blues’ announcement about the business’ official merchandise.

“Parating pa lang ang products may nakauna ng gumaya …baaaad….” says Min Bernardo on her Twitter account.

In light of the pandemic, businesses have ventured into online platforms to sell their products. However, there are some who used this an opportunity to unlawfully sell products without the owner’s authorization.

Recently, Daniel Padilla revealed on Star Magic presents Starpreneur that Barbero Blues suffered a significant blow during this pandemic. “Talagang sapol ‘yung Barbero Blues,” said Daniel.

He noted that they had to lay-off employees due to the financial issues they suffered. “Pero siyempre hindi naman tayo puwedeng huminto roon. Siyempre may mga na lay-off yata, which is hello, tayo sa ABS-CBN mismo alam natin ‘yan, dahil hindi kayang suportahan. Hindi mo rin alam kung saan kukuha financially,” Daniel added.

Barbero Blues is a business of Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo which opened in October 2019 at SM North. They also opened another branch in Fairview. Aside from KathNiel, Karla Estrada and Min Bernardo are also co-owners of the business.
