Talent manager Ogie Diaz fired back at DDS blogger Banat By amidst the issue of red-tagging.
Liza Soberano, Ogie’s talent. recently spoke in an online event organized by Gabriela Youth. However, this caused AFP Southern Luzon Command chief Lt. Gen. Antonio Parlade to red-tag her as a part of NPA as they see Gabriela as a front of the communists.
Banat By then called out the actress after being a speaker in the said event of Gabriela. He suggested Liza ‘research’ first before involving herself in such organizations.
He also addressed Ogie for not doing ‘research’ before allowing Liza to speak in such events.

Banat By cited an article exposing a Gabriela official who was charged for illegal possession of firearms.
He also disaffirmed those who claim that Liza is a victim of red-tagging as she was just being warned.

With this, the conflict between Ogie and Banat By once again heated up.
On Wednesday, Ogie dared Banat By as Sen. Panfilo Lacson authored a resolution urging an investigation regarding the red-tagging of personalities and organizations.

Ogie also accused Banat By as a paid troll as he acts blind to those issues that he needs to answer.
