Enchong Dee, Julius Babao, ABS-CBN personalities react to Rep. Alan Peter Cayetano ouster

Kapamilya personalities reacted via Twitter to Representative Allan Peter Cayetano’s ouster from the House Speaker post in Congress.

Actor Enchong Dee noted how laughable the politicians in the government are while scrambling for people’s taxes.

“Nakakatawa yung sila sila nag aagawan sa pera nating taong bayan,” Dee tweeted.

Then, reporter Julius Babao posted that the boxing match between former House Speaker Rep. Cayetano and now incumbent House Speaker Lord Allan Velasco is over.

Additionally, producer-songwriter Roque Rox Santos clarified that Cayetano didn’t resign but was ousted from his post noting that karma is digital.

Reporter Kevin Manalo also clarified that Cayetano didn’t resign but ousted from his post as House Speaker.

Then, reporter Jeff Canoy posted meme a depicting a summary of the events that transpired in Congress. The meme says, “You can’t fire me, I quit,” referring to Cayetano’s resignation despite his ousting.

Producer Ethel M Espiritu noted that those politicians who took sides of either Cayetano and Velasco are all Trapo and lacks value or principle.

Phenomenal comedian Vice Ganda referenced Miss Universe pageantry guidelines, stating that if the crowned Miss Universe is unable to perform her duties, the first runner up will take her place.

Rep. Cayetano led the Congress during the hearings of the ABS-CBN’s franchise renewal in which 70 solons voted against the network prompting the media giant’s shutdown.
