The exciting DJ Saint Lanvain drops his latest Deep House masterpiece ‘Hey You’. The track is available everywhere March 26th via Universal Music France, Capitol France and Alphabeat Records.
Working with his band BLOW, made up of songwriters Quentin Bachelet, Jean Etienne Maillard and Quentin Guglielmi, ‘Hey You’ is truly a collaborative work, with Lanvain at the helm. Carried by a repeated guitar riff over synth chord changes, the vocals and lead bass synth work in harmony to keep the ear of the listener. As the drum-beat rises, the female lead completes the call and response in a catchy chorus that has a great drop and builds with backing parts.
“My music allows me to travel around the globe and share my passion with so many different people. I feel like a pirate 2.0 every time I cross the world to make people dance,” explains Lanvain. “I’ve been really missing it this year, and I’m more than ready to get back to my ship, a ship that’s been stuck in harbor since covid arrived.”
As a French DJ currently living in Brazil, Saint, real name Leo, Lanvain mixes French avant-garde electronic house with influences from around the world. He has had great global success already in his career, having played at Solidays, Les Plages électroniques in Cannes and Virgin Radio Electroshock. He’s also had an official remix of The Avener’s smash hit ‘Beautiful’, while his last track ‘Oh Bang! Bang! Bang!’ was spun by David Guetta on his radioshows. His most successful track so far, ‘If Jesus Loved Me’, has streamed over 2 million worldwide and has had huge radioplay. Now with the release of ‘Hey You’, Saint Lanvain is set for a massive 2021 and beyond.
