Bea Alonzo made the rounds online after netizens said that the actress wasted the Kapamilya series that she started with Richard Gutierrez as she recently transferred to the GMA Network.
People were sad about the money that was already spent in the early stages of production of the said Kapamilya series.
The 33-year-old actress officially became a Kapuso on July 1, after signing a contract with the network.
Prior to her network transfer, the actress is supposed to star in a series with Richard Gutierrez titled Kahit Minsan Lang, but it got canceled.
One netizen posted the trailer of the said Kapamilya series and noted that budget was really put into its production.
“Now I know why galit ang production kasi pinagkagastusan talaga,” said the netizen.
Rumors said that about 18M pesos were already spent in the production of the series that’s why the production staff were against Alonzo’s network transfer.
Netizens said that the actress should have thought about the expenses of the series and pushed it through instead of transferring to the GMA Network.

Other netizens suggested replacing Alonzo from the series so that the expenses and effort of the production team would not go to waste.
I think bebenta ito kung bibigay kay Ivana. Considering na mainit sya ngayon and considering na pag aagawan ng mga boys.

The series titled Kahit Minsan Lang (Iron Heart, working title) already started its taping before the start of the COVID-19 pandemic but ABS-CBN entertainment production unit, Star Creatives, said that the series would not push through because it “cannot be accommodated at present because of the restrictive scenarios of shooting.”
ABS-CBN was also forced to shut down after its franchise application was denied by congress which would explain the cancellation of the series.
