Before the name Maine Mendoza rose to fame in showbiz, Mendoza was known for her viral Dubsmash videos, which paved for her role as Yaya Dub on Eat Bulaga!‘s ‘Juan For All, All For Juan’ segment.

Her career grew tremendously as she was paired with Alden Richards-the birth of Aldub on ‘Kalyeserye’. Aldub combines Richards’ first name, Alden, and Mendoza’s character, Yaya Dub.
Now, the actress and TV personality celebrate a huge milestone. Six years after her very first successful stint on Eat Bulaga!, she shares her gratefulness on her Twitter account:
“6th year today. Ang bilis talaga! Ang dami na ding nangyari at wala na akong mahihiling pa. Maraming salamat sa mga patuloy na sumusuporta at nagmamahal. Mahal ko kayo.”
