Tupe (Gerald Anderson) has chosen to abandon his plans of seeking a quieter life abroad so that he can look after the welfare of his true love, Rita (Yam Concepcion), who has suffered immense abuse from her obsessive husband Peterson (JM de Guzman) in “Init sa Magdamag,” which airs nightly at 9:20 on TV5, A2Z, Kapamilya Channel, and Jeepney TV.
His decision to stay also proved to be a blessing in disguise as an old patient returned his kindness with a generous donation of a property that he could turn into a charity hospital, a dream he had longed for all his life. But a sweeter surprise would greet him as he began this new journey when he found out that Rita, who has chosen to live peacefully away from her husband would be living right next to him.
Meanwhile, Peterson is trying his best to give Rita the space she wants, giving in to her request to make things easy for their annulment to happen. But this does not mean he is ready to give up on his love for her.
With Tupe and Rita now living next to each other, will they rekindle their love? What will Peterson do when he finds out?
