GMA Network newscaster Arnold Clavio reacted to President Rodrigo Duterte’s latest public address against Mayor Isko Moreno through his Instagram account on August 10.
His first post showed a text video with the statement, “Talk To Isko” na ba tayo tuwing Lunes?”

He then delved into the President’s latest speech in which Duterte seemed to take jabs against Mayor Isko’s past as a sexy actor.
Clavio pointed out the past speeches of the President, where the country’s Commander-in-Chief highlighted his genitals.

In his recent public address, Pres. Duterte threw shades at an unnamed local official’s training in governance, referring to it as a call boy’s training.
“Iyan ang gusto ninyo? Ang training — ang training parang — para lang, parang call boy. Naghuhubad, nagpi-picture, naka-bikini tapos ‘yung garter tinatanggal niya, hinila niya tiningnan niya ‘yung…”
Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque remained mum on the issue, refuted claims that Pres. Duterte was referring to Mayor Isko.
“Malacañang refuses to confirm that it was Isko Moreno President Duterte was referring to last night in his remarks about a mayor who he will not allow to distribute ECQ aid. ‘Bilang tagapagsalita, I cannot add doon sa hindi linabas ng Pangulo… I will have to leave it at that.'”
However, In March 2021, Roque defended Duterte after a viral video of the President’s birthday surfaced online, which showed the President engaged in inappropriate behavior toward a teen househelp.
As for the President himself, he is known for his no-holds-barred public address. It included his confession of him molesting their housekeeper during his teens.
As for Mayor Isko, he has been an open book about his past as a sexy star.
In most recent reports, Moreno thanked Pres. Duterte and announced that Manila City’s cash aid pushes through.
