adidas introduces a safer way to shop in-store with the launch of the new ‘Bring It To Me’ feature on the adidas app

With safety protocols now more important than ever, adidas launches a digital personal shopper service through the new Bring It To Me feature on the adidas app, allowing customers to digitally request shoes to try in-store.

Starting this month, customers of the adidas Brand Center in Glorietta, Makati, can now try out this in-store service for a safer and more convenient shopping experience. Using in-store geolocation tagging, the new feature allows shoppers to scan products, check stocks, and request their desired size all with using their phones to help limit interactions.

The Bring it To Me feature also helps for a quicker shopping experience as it lets customers shop for their preferred shoes in just three quick and easy clicks with the use of the adidas app. To get started on this innovative service, just follow these steps and make sure to enable “store experience” under the settings tab:

  1. Click on “Scan a shoe” and scan the pair using your phone’s camera
  2. Select your desired size
  3. Tap “Bring It To Me” to confirm your request
  4. Patiently wait for a store associate to bring it to you!
  5. Once size has been confirmed, the request goes directly to a store associate to fetch the pair from the stockroom. But if the desired pair is unavailable, the app also immediately informs the customer and suggests other similar pairs with the same style.

To show how quick and easy the service is, adidas Creators put the Bring It To Me feature to the test in a new “How-To” video. See what actor Donny Pangilinan, athlete and host Diego Dario, and adidas Runners Manila coach Nikki Torres think of the new service here.

“When we launched the Philippines’ first adidas Brand Center in Glorietta last October 2021, we committed to elevating the customer journey through unique, innovative, and best-in-class experience. And now with the launch of the Bring It To Me service, we not only give our customers a more convenient way to shop, we also— and more importantly— prioritize safety and cleanliness at a time when people may not be comfortable with a lot of face-to-face interaction,” said John David Cortez, Manager of Sports Marketing and Brand Communications for adidas Philippines.

Experience a safer and a much more convenient shopping experience at the adidas Brand Center with the new Bring it To Me feature, just download the adidas app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
