On February 10, artist Angelina Cruz shared how she became comfortable with Jeremiah Lisbo while filming Love is Color Blind.
During the media conference for her music release, Cruz said she and Lisbo grew close while filming the hit romantic movie.
“Actually we’re really close, I met him through Love is Color Blind, ‘yung locked in na ‘yun kaya obviously gusto ko siya as a friend. Kasi, close po kami and we’re comfortable sa isa’t isa.”
Lisbo is also on Cruz’s music video for Ayoko Lang, which drops on February 13.
She also detailed how Lisbo helped her while filming intense scenes in the music video.
“I had fun, I feel like we both had fun shooting the music video kasi we’re both really close and kumportable sa isa’t isa. So it didn’t really feel like working, I had fun shooting the scenes and ang laki ng tulong niya sa mga heavy scenes. Sa mga intense scenes ang laki ng tulong niya.”
She then shared how she found out that Lisbo would be in her music video for Ayoko Lang.
“I didn’t know that they got him for the music video. That’s UR’s choice, Universal Records’ choice. I only found out through Jeremiah. He told me like, ‘Hey Anj, you know I’m going to be in your music video?’ and I was like, ‘Huh?’ Nagulat din ako and also like ang saya-ang saya.”
Cruz is known for her hit covers of Can’t Help Falling In Love and Hanggang Kailan, which had over 10 million streams on Spotify. She also released a cover of You Are The Reason with Kyle Juliano in 2021.
As for her single, Ayoko Lang dropped on digital streaming platforms under Universal Records on February 11, 2022.
