Actress-politician Marjorie Barreto expressed her gratitude to Tricia Robredo, presidential candidate Leni Robredo’s daughter, for lending her mother for the country.

On February 8, Tricia shared an appreciation post for her mother in an Instagram post. She shared a photo of Leni during her proclamation rally and wrote about why her mother decided to run for president.

Tricia explained that her mother wanted to serve because of her love for her family and the country.

“Ang nagmamahal walang-sawang ipaglalaban ang minamahal. Walang dapat ikatakot.”
