Rolando “Rastaman” Plaza, on Wednesday, March 30, revealed his chosen presidential bet for this coming election—Vice President Leni Robredo.
In a TikTok video uploaded by akosilenlentv, Plaza was seen being interviewed by Robredo supporters asking who among the presidential candidates had won his vote.
“Sino ang presidente mo Rastaman?” asked the Kakampink. He responded, “Leni lugaw,” referring to the moniker of the VP.
The name originated after the Office of the Vice President (OVP) distributed rice porridge in her feeding sorites, with detractors belittling one of her programs.
Earlier on March 1, a supporter of former senator and presidential candidate Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr tried to mock Robredo by having the internet sensation shout “Leni Lugaw.”
Instead, Rastaman blurted, “BBM Balikbayan Magnanakaw.”

It can be recalled that he became an internet sensation after declaring himself the most ideal person to be the next Philippine President.
In 2019, he tried to file his certificate of candidacy (COC), hoping to run for senator but was considered a nuisance candidate. His filing went viral and became known as “Rastaman.”
