Two new teen housemates, Stephanie Jordan and Paolo Alcantara, have been introduced over the weekend in “PBB Kumunity Season 10” Teen Edition.
Born and raised in New Zealand, Stephanie (“Ang Freespiriteen Voice ng Cebu”) is a familiar face as she was a former contestant in “The Voice Kids” who later on decided to move to Cebu, her mother’s hometown. On the other hand, Paolo (“Ang Determinadong Pogisyano ng Nueva Ecija”) is the younger brother of “Hello, Stranger” star JC Alcantara who also dreams to make a mark in the entertainment industry.
In Monday’s episode (March 21) episode, Ashton Salvador, Don Hilario, Dustine Mayores, Eslam El Gohari, Gabb Skribikin, Kai Espenido, Luke Alford, Maxine Trinidad, Rob Blackburn, Stef Draper, and Tiff Ronato successfully helped Stephanie and Paolo to enter the ‘PBB’ house after they accomplished Big Brother’s task, which is to identify iconic items from the ‘90s like the diskette, VHS, and plastic balloons.
The 13 housemates also went into serious mode for their new weekly task wherein they have to create a basketball choreography after they failed their first weekly task.
Meanwhile, P-Pop groups BINI and SB19 made history by joining forces for their fresh take on “Kabataang Pinoy” that was popularized by Itchyworms. The two P-Pop groups performed it live for the first time over the weekend as the soundtrack of “PBB Kumunity” Teen Edition.
“First ever na nagka-collab kami ng P-Pop group so that’s why it’s very special,” SB19 said.
BINI remarked, “Ang genuine lang ng nabuong friendship po and can’t wait to do more collaborations with them.”
As of this writing, the official music video of “Kabataang Pinoy” has landed on the number 44 of YouTube’s trending list. It’s available on the YouTube channel of Star Music.
