After several delays, Mars Ravelo’s Darna: The TV Series still pushed through and will soon grace Philippine television in August.
The teaser officially dropped on Thursday, July 7, which garnered over 4 million views across social media platforms and was highly-praised by netizens.

In 2019, Jane De Leon, got announced as the lead star for classic superhero tale. But because of COVID-19 pandemic and the shutdown of ABS-CBN in 2020, production of the said series got postponed.
