Vivian Velez made the rounds online after she compared the outfits of Heart Evangelista and Maris Racal.
Evangelista was recently in France for Paris Fashion Week 2022. The Kapuso star was also photographed walking around the city wearing designer outfits.
One outfit that she wore was a coordinated white and gray outfit. She looked fashionable with her high-waist pants and long sleeves crop top.

On Vivian Velez’s Facebook post on August 9, she compared the outfits of Evangelista and Racal.
“Heart’s designer outfit in Paris vs ukay ukay of Maris Racal in NYC. You don’t have to buy expensive, you just need to look like one hahaha.”
Other netizens agreed with Velez saying that OOTDs are about how people carry themselves.
