Dubbed as one of the best Vocal in AKB48 Group, Singer-Songwriter SHEKI has been playing a major role as a lead vocalist in MNL48（Manila, Philippines) which is a very popular sister affiliate of AKB48 overseas since 2018. AKB48 is certified as the largest idol group in the world by The Guinness World Records.
For a long time, fans have been talking about Sheki as the most skilled and talented member of the entire AKB48 Group which has spread across 12 locations in Asia. Since the winter of 2021, she has been building her own career and has been highly praised by critics in the music industry.
Previously, she worked on a project “Sheki Sings” that connected 8 regions where some of the AKB48 groups are located, collaborating with the local group members by releasing covers of various well-known songs which gained immense attention not only from Asia but from around the world. Thanks to the strong support of her followers, she is now working with 5 talented songwriters that have assembled from the US, Korea and Japan to launch her solo project.
The wait is finally over as on December 21,2022, SHEKI’s highly anticipated solo debut song “Tell Me”, which she took part in writing the lyrics, will finally be released!
