Epson launches its Virtual Demo channel to connect with customers

Global technology leader Epson Philippines has launched its Virtual Demo channel where customers can inquire about Epson’s wide range of consumer and enterprise products, as well as schedule product demonstrations. Available on Viber, customers are given a more personal experience as they chat or call one-on-one with an Epson Virtual Demo Specialist.

Even as COVID-19 protocols are slowly being lifted, Epson Philippines still anticipates the need for virtual touchpoints where customers can easily access information. Through the Virtual Demo on Viber, Epson Philippines provides an avenue that enables customers to efficiently engage with an Epson Virtual Demo Specialist at their own convenience for concerns specific to product specs and demo schedules. This newly available Viber channel addresses customers’ demo requests through online chat, call, or video conference.



“Epson is committed to giving full support and accessibility to its customers,” said Eduardo Bonoan, General Manager of Marketing Division at Epson Philippines. “We have made sure that our customers can easily get in touch with our Epson Virtual Demo Specialist for product demo schedules. In line with Epson’s commitment to providing our customers prompt, efficient, transparent, and courteous assistance, the Virtual Demo channel takes product demonstrations a step further by giving customers the option to either hold an on-the-spot product demonstration or schedule demonstration at the customer’s preference. Product demonstrations can be held either online via video call, on site at an Epson Solutions Center, or even at the customer’s office space. The demonstration is preceded by a detailed consultation with an Epson Virtual Demo Specialist, where customers give their complete requirements and the Epson Virtual Demo Specialist recommends a product for demonstration.
