TV host and actress Kim Chiu supported her boyfriend Xian Lim’s Kapuso series Hearts on Ice. The series aired its pilot episode on March 13.
Chiu then posted the teaser poster of the series on her Instagram story on the same day.
“Congratulations @xianlimm, @ashleyortega,” she wrote.
For its pilot episode, Hearts on Ice received a warm welcome from netizens as it became a top trending topic on Twitter. It also earned a high rating of 9%, according to the NUTAM People Ratings of Nielsen Philippines.
Lim stars with Ashley Ortego, Amy Austria, Tonton Gutierrez, Rita Avila, Lito Pimentel, Ina Feleo, and Cheska Iñigo.
Reports also confirmed that Filipino Olympic figure skater Michael Martinez has a special appearance in the Kapuso series.
Hearts on Ice is under the direction of Zapata, and airs on Mondays through Fridays at 8:50 p.m. on GMA Telebabad.
Lim and Chiu had always been supportive of each other’s showbiz career.
On January 4, Lim even penned an appreciation post for his girlfriend as their Paris trip ended.

Their last project together was in September 2022, when they made their long-awaited comeback in the adaptation of the hit Korean film, Always.
