On March 10, YARA members discussed what set the group apart from other girl groups.
At the media event for YARA’s music video launch for their single, ADDA, YARA Gelou said they enjoy what they do as artists, especially with their love for hip-hop.
“And I think what will set us apart from other groups, parang kung na-eenjoy namin ‘yung ginagawa namin, they would feel it, so parang ‘yun ‘yung naging deciding point namin kung bakit sa hiphop kami, mag-dive in sa career namin.”
YARA Kim then detailed their hip-hop influences as artists.
YARA, the Filipino four-member act, includes members Gelou, Rocher, Christa, and Kim.
YARA recently signed with the music label Sony Music Entertainment. And to celebrate their new chapter under a new home, YARA launched their single ADDA (Apat Dapat, Dapat Apat) with a music video.
