GMA Network’s pre-noontime program ‘Tiktoclock’ experienced a decline in ratings following the underperformance of its succeeding program, ‘Tahanang Pinakamasaya,’ in the noontime ratings competition.’
According to the most recent Nielsen NUTAM People survey, ‘Tiktoclock”s ratings began to decrease as the Kapuso noontime show ‘Tahanang Pinakamasaya’ slipped to the third position in the noontime ratings race.
On Monday, January 15, ‘Tiktoclock’ posted a rating of 2.6 percent, securing the 19th position in the overall ratings.
The following day, Tuesday, January 16, the pre-noontime show maintained its 2.6 percent rating and 19th rank in the overall ratings chart.
However, on Wednesday, January 17, ‘Tiktoclock’ experienced a significant dip, dropping 0.5 percent to 2.1 percent, and its ranking fell to the 21st spot on the ratings board.
It bounced back on Thursday, January 18, with a score of 2.7 percent, climbing to the 18th spot on the leaderboard.
Unfortunately, it dropped again on Friday, January 19, returning to the 21st position on the ratings chart with a rating of 2.4 percent.
Before the decline, ‘Tiktoclock’ consistently performed well, with ratings averaging between 2.9 and 3.5 percent. During this time, its post-programming ‘Tahanang Pinakamasaya (formerly Eat Bulaga!)’ also enjoyed strong ratings and remained competitive in the midday race.
The question remains whether ‘Tiktoclock’ can recover and regain its previous ratings or if it will continue to face challenges alongside its fellow Kapuso noontime program.
