The Kapuso action-drama series ‘Black Rider’ has once again outperformed its Kapamilya counterpart, ‘FPJ’s Batang Quiapo’ (FPJBQ), according to the latest Nielsen NUTAM People survey ratings.

In the most recent report, ‘Black Rider’ seized the lead in the timeslot, achieving a rating of 13.9 percent on Monday, February 5. This edged out FPJBQ by a narrow margin, as the latter secured a rating of 13.8 percent.
This victory marks the third time that ‘Black Rider’ has surpassed FPJBQ. The series initially claimed its first triumph on Wednesday, January 24, with a rating of 12.5 percent against FPJBQ’s 12.2 percent. The trend continued on Monday, January 29, with ‘Black Rider’ achieving a rating of 13.1 percent, surpassing FPJBQ by 0.3 percent.
It is noteworthy that ‘Black Rider’s’ aggregated ratings include its delayed telecast score at 9 p.m. on GTV. Conversely, FPJBQ faces a challenge as it misses airing on A2Z for two days due to PBA game broadcasts every Wednesday and Friday.
Meanwhile, in the noontime race, Kapamilya noontime show ‘It’s Showtime’ also scored another win against rival ‘EAT…Bulaga’.
On Monday, February 4, It’s Showtime registered a rating of 4.4 percent, beating ‘EAT…Bulaga’ by 0.1 percent with a rating of 4.3 percent.
Before this latest win, It’s Showtime also overpowered ‘EAT…Bulaga’ on Saturday, January 27, after posting a rating of 4.8 percent, 0.3 percent higher than the latter’s 4.5 percent. That also marked It’s Showtime’s highest rating after the ABS-CBN shutdown.
