Filipino fashion designer Leo Almodal showcased his grand 65-piece collection on June 22 at the Grand Ballroom of Okada Manila in Parañaque City.
The highly anticipated event, titled ‘Leo Almodal’s Spectacular Solo Fashion Show,’ was produced by Aura Events Management and Bennilyn Amigo-Molina, featuring a sophisticated all-black attire theme for guests, enhancing the elegant atmosphere.
The show, Almodal’s first major solo fashion presentation, drew inspiration from nature, with each couture piece reflecting elements of earth, sea, and air.
Almodal’s designs were a testament to his craftsmanship, featuring flowy, fluffy textiles adorned with crystals and gems, creating a dazzling display from start to finish.
Local celebrities, including Max Collins, Sanya Lopez, Arci Muñoz, Ara Mina, Herlene Budol, and ‘Drag Race PH’ winner Captivating Katkat, graced the runway.
Beauty queens Jamie Herrell, Michelle Gomez, Gazini Ganados, Yllana Marie Aduana, Maureen Montagne, Emma Tiglao, Jennifer Lloyd, Tracy Maureen Perez, Ingrid Sta. Maria, Krishna Marie Gravidez, and Ghene Latugat also showcased Almodal’s creations.
The models, both renowned and upcoming, wore the designs with elegance, leaving the audience captivated.
The audience was mesmerized by Almodal’s exquisite designs, which set a new benchmark for fashion shows in the Philippines.
