ABS-CBN and GMA Network’s collaboration project, ‘Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) Collab,’ saw a surge in ratings during its weekend broadcast, while Kapamilya’s trivia quiz show, ‘Rainbow Rumble,’ wrapped up its run with a slightly lower average.
According to the latest Nielsen NUTAM People survey, PBB Collab nearly doubled its ratings during its Saturday and Sunday airings compared to its weekday numbers. Meanwhile, Rainbow Rumble experienced a slight dip in its finale episode.
On Saturday, March 22, PBB Collab secured the third spot on the overall ratings chart with a 6.9 percent rating. The following day, Sunday, March 23, it maintained its position at number three but saw a minor decrease to 6.7 percent.
The weekend ratings for PBB Collab were significantly higher, nearly twice as much as its weekday performance.
On Monday, March 17, PBB Collab figured in number 12 with a rating of 4.7 percent, followed by a one spot drop to number 13 on Tuesday, March 18 after recording a rating of 4.1 percent.
On Wednesday, March 19, PBB Collab further declined at 3.9 percent maintaining its number 13 position on the leaderboard. It however marked recovery on Thursday, March 20, moving to number 12 with 4.2 percent. But on Friday, March 21. PBB Collab decreased again to 3.3 percent, sliding to the number 17th spot on the overall ratings chart.
Meanwhile, ‘Rainbow Rumble’ ended its run with stable but slightly lower ratings.
On Saturday, March 22, the Luis Manzano-hosted quiz show registered a 4.0 percent rating, placing 11th overall. However, its finale on Sunday, March 23, saw a slight decline to 3.3 percent, despite climbing three spots to secure the 8th position on the Sunday leaderboard.
The show concluded as host Luis Manzano prepares to launch his campaign for Batangas Vice Governor.
