Actress Yen Santos and former Ilocos Sur governor Luis “Chavit” Singson have once again clarified rumors linking them romantically and even alleging they share a child together.

In Santos’ latest YouTube vlog, ‘Questions You Want Manong Chavit Singson to Answer’, the politician-businessman gamely joined her to respond to questions—including the persistent speculation about their relationship.
“Ano ang comment mo sa mga rumors tungkol sa atin?” Santos asked Singson directly.
“Palagay ko ikaw lang makakasagot niyan,” he replied, laughing off the issue.
The actress then reiterated what she had already clarified in her earlier vlog: that Singson is a longtime family friend and godfather to her youngest sibling, who has often been mistaken as their supposed child.
“Parang more than a decade na kasi he’s a good family friend. Super tropa ’to ng aking parents kaya lagi tayo nai-issue. Meron pa nga daw tayong anak, ‘di ba? Malaki na daw ‘yung anak natin si Yan Yan,” Santos said.
She emphasized, “Guys, hindi po namin ‘yun anak. Kapatid ko ‘yun at ninong siya nu’n.”
Singson, for his part, said he was unfazed by rumors and criticism. “Well, wala naman okay lang dahil yung iba marites lang,” he remarked.

At the end of the vlog, the former governor joked that Santos’ personal questions had caught him off guard.
Santos had first denied the love child rumors in the debut episode of her channel, explaining that viral claims on TikTok about her having an 11-year-old child with Singson were false. “Yes, malaki na siya. He’s 11 years old pero hindi po namin yun anak. Kapatid ko po siya,” she clarified then.
Santos was last publicly linked to actor Paolo Contis, while Singson continues to be known as a businessman and political figure.
