‘Ghosting’ and ‘Love at First Spike’ Stars Call out Piracy, Urge Fans to Stream Only on iWant

iWant Originals stars Fyang Smith and JM Ibarra of “Ghosting,” along with “Love at First Spike’s” Emilio Daez, are urging the public to stream content legally on iWant, as pirated episodes of their shows appear on unauthorized platforms and black-market apps.

Episodes of several most-talked-about and top-performing iWant titles, including Charo Santos’ “Maalaala Mo Kaya,” have been spotted on unauthorized platforms, often shortly after their official release on iWant.

The cast of “Ghosting” expressed their gratitude for the show’s strong reception, while reminding viewers of the broader impact of piracy.

“Streaming legally means everything to us. Not just for the cast, but for the writers, the crew, the director—everyone who trusted us even though we’re just starting out,” said JM and Fyang.

Meanwhile, the cast of “Love at First Spike” also spoke out, emphasizing that every legal view is a vote of support for stories that reflect Filipino experiences and stories that deserve to be heard and seen.

“We poured so much of ourselves into ‘Love at First Spike.’ So if it meant something to you—if you saw even a small part of yourself in it—the best way to show love back is to stream it legally on iWant,” Emilio said together with Sean Tristan and Reign Parani.

With subscriptions priced at just ₱35 per month in the Philippines (prices may vary in other countries based on local currency and rates), iWant provides viewers with affordable access to exclusive Filipino content, including originals, teleseryes, and live streams.

Stream all the feels—legally and in full quality—only on iWant. Download the app and subscribe via Google Play or the Apple App Store. For the latest updates, follow iWant on Facebook, TikTok, X, Instagram, and YouTube.
