Actress Chie Filomeno shocked fans over the weekend after posting a series of messages accusing a certain “Sofia” of allegedly paying social media influencers to spread hate against her — a revelation that has since fueled speculation about her rumored feud with fellow actress Sofia Andres.

On Saturday, October 18, Filomeno shared screenshots and cryptic messages through her Instagram Stories, showing what appeared to be conversations from an informant claiming that “Sofia” had reached out to influencers to attack her online.
“Truly heartbreaking. I know she’s evil, but didn’t expect her to go this low. I am not surprised anymore,” Chie wrote.
“But I hope and pray that the things you are doing to me now, your daughter will never experience. I really wish she does not feel this kind of pain. Because I will never ever do something like this—I do not want my future child to be treated the way you treat people.”
In another post, Filomeno appeared to address the alleged smear campaign directly.
“Sometimes they need a taste of their own medicine. But what you’re doing now is cruel, Sofia — messaging creators to throw hate on someone? That’s crossing the line. That’s evil, really. Girl, ang tanda na natin, bully ka pa din hanggang ngayon?!”
The ‘Can’t Buy Me Love’ star also revealed that she initially tried to stay silent but could no longer tolerate what was happening.
“I was gonna let karma do its job — nope, I am your karma,” she wrote.
“You might wanna reply to my messages first before ‘reaching out’ to influencers. Grabe revelations past few days ah.”
In another screenshot shared by Chie, a message allegedly from Sofia to an influencer read: “I’m not sure. I just want it out.”
Filomeno followed up with the caption, “1 of many ☺️” — implying there was more evidence.
The actress also pointed out the use of “disappearing messages,” seemingly mocking the effort to conceal digital traces: “Taray, disappearing messages, flood control yarn?” she quipped.
Later in her post, Filomeno expressed how deeply the issue had affected her and her family: “I tried. I really did. I’m sorry, tao lang din ako. Masasaktan, mapupuno, at minsan sasabog. What she did was too much. I saw the effect it had on my family—okay lang sana if it were just me. Pero iba na kapag nadadamay na sila.”
While reiterating that she had no intention of dragging a child into the conflict, she also criticized Sofia’s alleged use of her “mom card” to justify her actions.
“Protecting your child means keeping them away from the chaos, not bringing them into it,” she said.
Filomeno’s posts came just hours after Sofia Andres posted on her own Instagram Stories that her TikTok account was hacked, warning followers to be careful. Chie appeared to reference this directly in another Story, writing:
“Nahack No amount of designer clothes can hide an ugly soul, right Sofia? ”

She also accused Sofia of using both verified and dummy accounts to leave identical comments on her posts.
“Very ‘observing,’ not so demure lol. Sasabihin mo pa nahack ka? Girl, nag-send si influencer ng GCash sa’yo. Sayong-sayo ang number,” Chie claimed.
Though Filomeno did not explicitly name Sofia Andres, fans and online observers quickly drew the connection, noting that Chie and Sofia had been rumored to be at odds for months. Their alleged feud reportedly stems from Filomeno’s past relationship with Jake Cuenca and her rumored romance with Matthew Lhuillier — cousin of Andres’ longtime partner, Daniel Miranda.
As of writing, Sofia Andres has yet to issue a response to Chie’s explosive claims.
LionhearTV remains open to publishing Sofia Andres’ side of the story once she addresses the allegations.
