Actor Tony Labrusca admitted he’s open to the idea of joining OnlyFans — but only as a “last resort” if showbiz projects stop coming his way.

Speaking to the press during the CineSilip Film Festival mediacon on Thursday, October 2, at Viva Café in Cubao, Labrusca said he currently has no plans to become an adult content creator but isn’t closing the door entirely.
“I don’t have plans on doing that. Siguro kung wala na akong career and wala nang choice, baka ‘yun na ‘yung last resort,” he said with a laugh. “But you know what, God is good and He always takes good care of me, so I don’t think I will be willing to do that.”
The OnlyFans platform allows creators to post exclusive photos and videos for paying subscribers — often of adult or mature nature — though not all content is explicit.
Despite his comments drawing laughs from the crowd, Labrusca was quick to clarify that he holds no judgment toward those who make a living through adult platforms.
“You know what, I have nothing against people who do work like that. Work is work,” he said. “And I heard na ang mga OnlyFans workers, mas mayaman pa nga sa akin, e! Mas mayaman pa sa mga artista.”
“I mean, who knows? For you to reveal your body that way — I wish I was that confident in my body to be naked in front of the camera.”
He added: “There’s no shame in it. I really don’t think so. It’s not my place to judge. Actually, I want to celebrate them. To each his own. If that’s what they do, then there’s nothing wrong with it.”
Tony stars in ‘Dreamboi,’ one of the seven entries to the first CineSilip Film Festival, happening from October 22 to 28, 2025, exclusively in Ayala Malls Cinemas.
Written and directed by Rodina Singh, the erotic psychological drama also stars EJ Jallorina, Migs Almendras, and Iyah Mina.
The film follows a trans woman who becomes obsessed with the voice of an underground audio porn star, exploring the boundaries between fantasy, desire, and reality under the neon lights of Quezon City.
Labrusca said he was drawn to the project because of its creative vision and representation.
“I have a soft spot pagdating sa mga creatives na lumalapit sa akin,” he shared. “When a director says, ‘Listen, this is my project and I specifically want you to play this character,’ mahirap akong mag-no. I feel like it’s such an honor.”
The actor underwent a full transformation for the role — pink hair, long nails, and bold fashion choices — something he described as both uncomfortable and liberating.
“It wasn’t comfortable, you know. Parang I stay sa Rockwell kasi, so pag nagdyi-gym ako, gusto kong i-explain sa lahat ng tao kung bakit may pink hair ako, bakit may nails ako,” he said, laughing. “But Direk told me, ‘No, ikaw si Dreamboi! You know you’re sexy. Own it.’ And I realized I don’t have to explain myself. It was such good training for me, even as a person.”
Tony recalled a spiritual moment that affirmed his decision to accept the project.
“When I was starting to get fears, like when I was getting cold feet with this project… I go to Baclaran every Tuesday kasi,” he said. “So it just so happened that my transformation day was on a Tuesday. After church, three transwomen approached me for a picture. I felt like that was God’s biggest sign — that I was meant to tell their story.”
