Sparkle actress Althea Ablan confirmed that she is currently in a relationship with fellow actor Prince Clemente, revealing that they have been together for more than two years.

Ablan shared details about their relationship while promoting the advocacy film series ‘Wait Muna,’ where she stars opposite Zyren de la Cruz. The project is now streaming on the Facebook page of the Puso Movement.
The 21-year-old actress acknowledged that their relationship has drawn attention online due to their age difference. Clemente, a StarStruck 6 alumnus, is now 28 years old, giving them a seven-year age gap.
“Sa mga nakakaalam po, malayo po ang age gap namin,” Althea said. “Sa social media, talagang nakakaramdam po kami ng pressure. So, hindi kami po masyadong nagpa-public, like, nagkukuwento about sa relationship po namin.”
She described their relationship as something they prefer to keep low-key.
“Private but not… ano yung tawag doon? Private but not secret.”
Ablan added that both of them are currently focused on their individual careers.
“And nag-focus lang po talaga kami sa kanya-kanya po naming work.”
When asked if they openly talk about their relationship online, the actress said they choose not to highlight it on social media.
“Wala po. Hindi po kami, like, nagto-talk about our relationship talaga. But alam po ng mga tao na kami po.”

The two previously worked together in an episode of the GMA Network romantic anthology ‘My Fantastic Pag-ibig: Fallen’ in 2021 but were never officially launched as a loveteam.
Ablan is currently leading the advocacy vertical film ‘Wait Muna,’ which tackles issues affecting today’s youth such as teenage pregnancy and HIV awareness.
Because the series promotes patience and responsible decision-making, Ablan was asked whether the same principle applies to her real-life relationship.
“Ako naman po, I’m in a relationship but we don’t rush things. And we set boundaries rin po.”
She said both she and Clemente prioritize achieving their dreams before making major life decisions.
“Especially, parehas kaming artista, gusto po namin ma-achieve muna yung mga dreams namin. And saka kami yung magdi-decide talaga if kami talaga together.”
The actress also reflected on how working on the film influenced her perspective.
“While doing this film, nare-realize ko na parang totoo nga. Parang ang sarap maghintay. Tsaka, kung para sa ‘yo talaga, di ba, ‘yun ang ibinibigay talaga ni God for you. Basta we won’t rush things.”
‘Wait Muna,’ written by Anna Nadela and directed by Jojo Nadela, follows the story of Sheena, a top student with strict parents who learns important lessons about responsibility and decision-making.
The vertical series consists of five short episodes of around 10 minutes each. After its release on Facebook, the episodes will also be compiled into a full film for screenings in schools as part of awareness campaigns for young audiences.
