Cryptic social media posts shared by Mark Andrew Yulo, father of two-time Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo, have become a hot topic online after netizens speculated that the posts may be connected to ongoing issues within their family.

In one Facebook My Day post, Mark Andrew shared a statement seemingly directed at people who allegedly worship money.
“Di ka bagay dito, dun ka bagay! Sa mga taong palara, sa mga taong nakahiga sa salapi, sa mga taong dinudiyos ang pera, sa mga taong sinasamba ang piso, dun ka bagay!” the post read.
Although no names were mentioned, many social media users quickly speculated that the post hinted at family conflict.
Another post from Mark Andrew also caught the attention of netizens as it appeared to contain a message about children honoring their parents.
“Sana Maalala Nyo din mga Anak at mga Estudiyante sakripisyo nang mga magulang Nyo ng Nanay Mama, Tatay, Papa, Lola, Lolo.
“Give Honor to your Loving Parents. Mahalin Nyo sila habang Nan diyan pa mga magulang Nyo. Kung ano man ang narating Nyo ngayun mag pa Salamat sa Dios Then Honor your Loving Parents,” he wrote.
The posts surfaced shortly after online discussions about the reported absence of Mark Andrew and wife Angelica Yulo during the house blessing of their children Karl Eldrew Yulo and Eliza Yulo.
While the couple was reportedly absent from photos circulating online, Carlos was present during the event along with his girlfriend Chloe San Jose.
Carlos also shared a message for his siblings after the blessing.
“To finally having a place to call your own—your own peace and your own beginning,” Carlos wrote in his post.
Meanwhile, Mark Andrew also drew reactions online after screenshots circulated showing him responding to a basher in the comment section of one of his posts.
“Wala kang pake. Du’n ka sa kabila magkomento. Magsama kayo ng idol mong perpekto,” he replied to a netizen who allegedly accused him of seeking sympathy during a live video.
The exchange generated mixed reactions from online users, with some defending Mark Andrew while others advised him to avoid engaging in arguments on social media.
As of writing, neither Mark Andrew nor Angelica has directly clarified the meaning behind the cryptic posts or addressed the speculations surrounding their family.
