Actress-vlogger Alex Gonzaga calmly addressed a netizen who left a hurtful comment about her pregnancy during a recent livestream promoting one of her endorsed products.

While hosting the live selling with her uncle, Uncle Jojo, Alex came across a comment that read: “Paano po pag namatay baby niyo? Kaya pa ng Paragis?”
Instead of reacting in anger or ending the livestream, Alex chose to respond with composure while calling out the negativity behind the remark.
“The fact na nasasabi ng ibang tao ‘yan, ibig sabihin they are really full of hate,” she said.
Alex went on to say that harboring hatred and negativity only robs a person of inner peace. She then turned the moment into a lighthearted plug for the product she was endorsing.
“‘Yung negativity, hatred, yang anxiety, yang depression… mag-Paragis ka na! Alam mo kung bakit? Kasi ang Paragis nakakatanggal din po ‘yan ng anxiety, ng panic attack.”
She also emphasized the importance of managing stress, noting that keeping cortisol levels under control is beneficial for overall health.
The exchange quickly circulated online, with many netizens condemning the insensitive comment and expressing support for Alex.
Several supporters pointed out that the remark was especially painful given Alex’s previous openness about experiencing pregnancy loss before finally expecting her first child with husband Mikee Morada.
Many fans also flooded social media with messages of encouragement and prayers, wishing Alex a healthy pregnancy and a safe delivery.
