Begin the tasteful excursion from Spain as Chef Álvaro Romer-abreu Raya features the MICHELIN-recognized cuisine of Cantabria by Chele Gonzalez at The Westin Manila. Then take a detour to Peru and Japan, with the fusion of Peruvian and Japanese creations by Chef Rodrigo Serrano at DIP Nikkei in Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort, Cebu’s first Peruvian-Nikkei restaurant.
