PT Cares joined the 15th Anniversary celebration of Alagang Kapatid Foundation Inc. (AKFI) at the TV5 Launchpad in Mandaluyong, reaffirming its commitment to empowering Filipino communities through meaningful and sustainable initiatives.
As one of the event’s key partners, PT Cares supported EcoNanays, a livelihood program that equips women with sewing, upcycling, and handmade product creation skills, enabling them to earn sustainable income while promoting responsible consumption and environmental awareness.
During the event, EcoNanay beneficiaries shared inspiring stories of how the program has improved their livelihoods, strengthened their confidence, and created better opportunities for their families. PT Cares also distributed grocery packs as part of its appreciation for the beneficiaries.
The celebration was joined by PT Cares brand ambassadors MJ Ordillano, Kenneth Marcelino, Arrianne Bantua, Jercy Reine Cruz, and Sam Viktoria, whose presence helped inspire attendees and highlight the importance of supporting community-driven initiatives.
A major highlight of the event was PT Cares’ announcement of a ₱1 million donation to Alagang Kapatid Foundation, reinforcing its long-term commitment to programs focused on education, livelihood, and community development.
