TV5 is building greater momentum for the rest of 2026 with an expanded programming slate led by the much-awaited reunion of Marvin.Agustin and Jolina Magdangal in the upcoming morning series Mommy Guard.
The network’s second-half push builds on the strong reception of its current programs, particularly ASecret in Prague and My Bespren Emman, which continue to earn positive reviews and develop solid followings across television and digital platforms.
Led by Andrea Brillantes and Enrique GIL, A Secret in Prague has engaged audiences with its mix of action, romance, and drama. The series follows Chiara, an empowered young woman whose journey of discovery brings her closer to uncovering the most important secret of her life. With its expanded availability across TV5 and ABS-CBN platforms, the program is reaching an even wider audience and strengthening its place in the network’s primetime lineup.
Meanwhile, Shaina Magdayao and JM de Guzman continue to bring heart, hope, and inspiration to afternoons through My Bespren Emman. Now part of TV5’s Hapon Champion lineup and also available to Kapamilya viewers, the series has built a loyal multiplatform following through its moving story of friendship, family, resilience, and second chances.
Veteran broadcaster and host Korina Sanchez’s Face to Face with Ate Koring also enjoys larger audience with its expanded airing with ABS-CBN platforms. Aside from this, her Rated Korina will also find a home in the Kapatid Network.
Together with the ABS-CBN primetime series Sigabo, Someone, Someday and game shows Everybody Sing, and Kapamilya Deal or No Deal, the growing audience response to these programs gives TV5 a strong foundation as it mounts an even bigger content offering for the remainder of the year.
TV5 President and CEO Guido R. Zaballero said the network’s continuing expansion is anchored on serving audiences with meaningful Filipino content wherever and however they choose to watch.
“Across television, digital, or wherever audiences choose to watch, we’re committed to telling stories that inspire, entertain, inform, and connect. Our mission remains the same: to bring great Filipino stories to more Filipinos,” Zaballero said.
“As we build on the momentum of the first half of the year, we are strengthening our programming, expanding our digital presence, and creating more opportunities for Filipino stories and talents to reach wider audiences,” he added.
