JM de Guzman has gone through some personal problem that drove him to stay quiet for a while and take a rest from showbiz. His last project on TV was “Angelito: Ang Bagong Yugto” with Charee Pineda, now in GMA Network.
I heard somewhere that JM is now ready for his comeback in showbiz after at least 2 years of hiatus, and will sign again a two-year renewal contract with ABS-CBN. This is good news if he will still stay in ABS-CBN.
Just like any other stars making a comeback or making an introduction, it is expected for Kapamilya viewers to see JM in episodes of “Ipaglaban Mo” and “Maalaala Mo” Kaya (MMK) and hopefully, another great drama soap where he’s the lead.
JM was trained at the Dulaang UP while he was finishing a course in Theater Arts. Besides acting, his other special talent is singing; he even released two albums, an eponymous one and Tensyonado, released by Ivory Records.
I’m looking forward now to see the new JM. He’s still one of my idols when it comes to acting. Goodluck JM!
