Though Derek Ramsay has yet to officially signed a contract with the Kapuso network, he is already joined by Kapuso star Andrea Torres in an upcoming project together.
Ramsay is one of the hunk celebrities and is best known for doing daring roles.
Prior to Torres’s name being mentioned as his pair, there were several stars who were considered to be paired with the former Kapamilya and Kapatid talent.
Marian Rivera was also being hinted but she got pregnant with her second baby and is due sometime this year. Jennylyn Mercado followed suit, but she’s unavailable since she is with a romantic-comedy show ‘Two Love You’ with actor Gabby Concepcion. There was also a rumor that Kim Domingo may possibly be his leading lady and many more.
From the looks of it, Derek’s transfer has created a perception that he is one of most anticipated leading men to grace the Kapuso network.
Torres was first seen via ABS-CBN’s ‘Qpids’ a teen-oriented reality show in 2005. After three years she decided to transfer to GMA Network. In the said Network, she became one of the hosts of the now-defunct youth-oriented magazine show, ‘Ka-Blog!.’ She then became part of some drama and hit movies such as ‘You To Me Are Everything’ and ‘Shake, Rattle & Roll X.’
