The 21 years old Starstruck alumni, Martin Escudero is on the grill again about his masculinity. Some people are still having doubts whether this Zombading star is a straight guy or one of those finger-flipping kind of man. The issue surfaced the showbiz world when John “Sweet” Lapuz revealed how “gifted” Billy Crawford is. As we all remember, Billy and John were in the 2012 movie Moron 5 and The Crying Lady together with Martin Escudero, Lucky Manzano, Marvin Agustin and DJ Durano.
There was a part in the movie when the five (5) stars did a macho dancing wearing skimpy short and a bow-tie only. John said, and Billy was scene-stealer because of his noticeable “package”. John said it is very obvious that Billy is an American. That’s where Martin’s name was mention. The Kapuso star said he also have an American blood because his father is Half-Filipino, Half-American. Proving that next to Billy, he is the gifted one. He jokingly said, “Sige, bilang paggalang, second na lang ako kay Billy! He! He! He!”
He also knew in portraying gay roles. When Martin was asked if he was ever getting uncomfortable in doing it, he answered, “Ay, hindi. Feel na feel ko nga, eh! Hindi ako naiilang. Lumaki ako sa community na may mga bading, kaya okay na okay ako.”
He also said that he proved he was a straight guy when he did martial arts. “Nasubukan ko sa pagma-martial arts ko. Hindi ko hinahanap ‘yung trainor kundi ‘yung martial arts ang hinahanap ko.
When it comes to love life, including sex life, Martin quipped, “Wala, poor! Medyo matagal na nga akong nagungulila at medyo naghahanap-hanap na ako ng makakayakap.” His last girlfriend was Jennica Garcia, who is married to Alwyn Uytingco now. He is more focused now on doing his job to provide for his family. Especially he is the bread winner and so far, he can give them a comfortable life. In fact, his two older siblings are graduating in college now.
