Kapuso Primetime Princess Barbie Forteza headlines GMA Blockbusters’ offering ‘Laut’ directed by Louie Ignacio, which tells the heartwarming story of sea gypsies from Zamboanga who are now living in Mabalacat, Pampanga. Barbie plays the role of Nadia, from the group called Sama d’Laut. She hopes to marry the man she loves but was forced to leave when things got really difficult in her home province.
Meanwhile, Telesine Presents features the thriller ‘Bahay.’ It follows the gripping tale of Jackie (G. Tongi), who’s in search of her sister Emily (Anne Curtis). Just when the authorities are about to give up, Jackie finds a glimmer of hope through a report of a missing house in Surigao where she meets the family of Karen (Jaclyn Jose). Will Jackie be able to find her long-lost sibling?
