Angelica Lao shares her feelings about joining Batch 3 of Dreamscape Entertainment and Star Magic’s Squad Plus.
In the media conference for the launch of the 3rd Batch of Squad Plus members, Lao shared what she initially felt when she heard about the teen barkada.
“Nung nalaman ko po na magiging part ako ng squad plus po yun po una po talaga sa akin, kinabahan po talaga ako kasi wala po ako idea kung ano yung the Squad plus ang alam ko lang po kasi ay yung Gold Squad.”
However, upon meeting her fellow Squad Plus members, her perspective of the group changed.
“Tapos po nung nalaman ko na parang barkada po dun na po ako parang na-excite na po. Tapos sobrang saya ko po talaga kasi yung mga kasama ko hindi ko pa po kilala. Yun po naging friends po kami lahat. Actually parang hindi lang po friends, para po kaming family doon.”
Lao is part of the third batch of Dreamscape Entertainment and Star Magic’s teen barkada Squad Plus. Aside from Squad Plus, Lao will also appear in the upcoming teleserye Marry Me, Marry You.
Other members of Squad Plus present in the launch are Keann Johnson, Danica Ontengco, Renshi de Guzman, Margaux Montana, and Raven Rigor.
