The newest Squad Plus squadmate Kyron Aguilera is really looking forward to becoming the next Daniel Padilla.
During the virtual launch of the newest members of The Squad Plus, Aguillera, 17, admitted that the one actor he looks up to is the Teen King Daniel Padilla.
The reason is that aside from Daniel’s prowess in acting, he is also good at singing. Moreover, he sees himself as Daniel due to what is happening in his life nowadays.
“Si Daniel Padilla. Of course DJ kasi sobrang galing niya sa pag-akting…At parang nakikita ko siya sa mga nangyayari ngayon sa akin. At parang gusto ko na sundin ang footsteps niya and how he sings, gustung-gusto ko ‘yun.”
If given the privilege to choose the genre for his first-ever project as an actor, he wants to do action series or movies. It’s because of how perceived it as an action-packed life.
“I think, action siguro. Kasi part of my life mostly action siya. And medyo related din siya sa life ko. Medyo action talaga yung like ko. So I’ll pick an action genre for my first teleserye or movie.”
Furthermore, to fully make himself ready in his pursuit for stardom, he is preparing his mental and physical self.
“I’m preparing myself physically and mentally. Kasi anytime may call kasi sobrang daming opportunities na darating at padating palang. Kaya I need to be ready sa bashing or anuman yang kailangang gawin sa ganap.”
Kyron is one of the newly-added members of The Squad Plus. Together with his PBB: Connect Alumni Andrea Abaya, Haira Palaguitto, and Kobie Brown–they will be the squad’s own love teams.
